Acceptable Use Policy

Brand OS — operated by AI Factory. Effective 10 July 2026.

Brand OS publishes to your audience in your name, and acts on platforms whose rules bind you and us alike. This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the service. It forms part of the Terms of Service, and breaking it can cost you your account — and cost us our platform access.

1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone who uses Brand OS, to every brand and workspace in it, and to all content you create, schedule, publish, or send through it — including content drafted for you by the assistant. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. You must not use the service to

  • break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights;
  • publish spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, engagement bait, or artificially inflated metrics;
  • impersonate a person, brand, or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
  • post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
  • spread deliberate misinformation, or content designed to deceive about who is behind it;
  • market goods or services that are illegal in the territories you publish to, or that Meta prohibits;
  • collect, store, or process personal data about other people beyond what the service is designed to handle;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
  • circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or the approval gates in the autopilot;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the service to a third party except as an agency acting for its own clients under your account.

3. Connected accounts

You must have the authority to connect every Facebook Page, Instagram account, or other account you link, and to authorise the actions you ask us to perform on it. You must not connect an account you do not control or administer.

4. Platform rules carry over

When Brand OS acts on Meta's platforms it does so under Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Community Standards, and Advertising Policies. Those rules bind your use of the service. A breach by you can result in enforcement against your Page or account by Meta, and against our application — which is why we enforce this policy strictly.

5. AI-generated content is your content

The assistant drafts; you approve and publish. Content generated by Brand OS and then published under your brand is your content and your responsibility under this policy. Review before you publish. Autopilot does not transfer responsibility.

6. Listening and competitor monitoring

BrandRadar surfaces publicly available information about topics and brands you choose to track. You must not use it to harass, stalk, or target an individual; to scrape personal data; or to build profiles of private people. It exists for market and competitive awareness at the brand level.

7. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using Brand OS in breach of this policy, tell us at privacy@aifactory.fyi. Include the brand or account involved and what you observed.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and, where warranted, remove content, suspend a brand or workspace, disconnect a social account, or terminate access — with notice where practical, and without it where the risk is immediate or the law requires. We may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities and to the affected platform.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as platform rules and abuse patterns change. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Questions: privacy@aifactory.fyi.
