Data Deletion

Brand OS — operated by AI Factory. Effective 10 July 2026.

You can delete your Brand OS data — including anything we accessed from your connected Facebook or Instagram accounts — at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.

1. Delete from within the app

Disconnect a social account. In Settings, disconnect any Facebook Page or Instagram account. This immediately revokes and deletes the access tokens we hold and stops any further access to that account's data.
Delete your workspace or account. Deleting a workspace removes its brands, campaigns, targets, drafts, and associated cached platform data. Deleting your account removes your profile and workspaces you own.

2. Request deletion by email

If you prefer, email privacy@aifactory.fyi from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion”. Tell us whether you want us to delete a specific connected account's data or your entire Brand OS account. We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed.

3. What we delete

Access tokens for your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.
Cached Meta data we stored to provide the service — Page/account details, posts, insights, comments, and messages.
Your brand profiles, campaigns, targets, drafts, and settings (for an account deletion).
Lead and ad data we retrieved on your behalf, where applicable.

4. Deleting data via Facebook

Because Brand OS uses Facebook Login, you can also remove Brand OS's access from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app there revokes our ability to reach your Facebook and Instagram data. To have the data we already hold deleted as well, email us as described above — we complete deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when yours is done.

Content you authored yourself inside Brand OS — your brands, drafts, and campaigns — belongs to your Brand OS account rather than to Meta, so removing the app from Facebook does not delete it. To remove that too, delete your account in Settings or email us.

5. Timeline and confirmation

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may persist in secure backups for a limited period before being overwritten, and we may retain minimal records where required by law. On request, we will confirm when your deletion has been completed.
