Refund Policy

Every workspace starts on a free trial that takes no card. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan yourself, so you can decide whether Brand OS does what you need before any money moves.

• You may cancel at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access until then, and you are not billed again.
• Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded, in whole or in part, including where you cancel part-way through a period or stop using the service.
• Where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel or to a refund that these Terms cannot remove, that right is unaffected by the paragraph above.
• If a payment fails, automated work pauses while the payment is retried. If it remains unpaid for a reasonable period, we may suspend or terminate the subscription.

Brand OS is operated by AI Factory Tech Sdn. Bhd.. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which is why your card statement and invoices show Paddle rather than AI Factory. Paddle handles billing, invoicing and tax, and can be contacted directly about an order.

If you have been charged in error, charged after cancelling, or believe a payment is wrong, write to privacy@aifactory.fyi with the email address on the account. We would rather fix a billing mistake than argue about one, and the paragraph above about statutory rights is not affected by anything on this page.
