Brand OS
Legal
Brand OS — operated by AI Factory. Effective 10 July 2026.
Brand OS sets only the cookies it needs to sign you in and keep the service secure. We run no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no third-party analytics that follow you around the web. This page lists what we do set.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It lets the site recognise your browser on the next request — which is how you stay signed in as you move between pages.
better-auth.session_token, and its __Secure- / __Host- prefixed variants over HTTPS. Keeps you signed in. Set when you sign in, cleared when you sign out.mos_meta_connect, an encrypted, short-lived cookie written while you are connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account, so we can return you to the right place after Facebook redirects you back. It expires after 10 minutes. All of these are strictly necessary. The service cannot function without them, so they are not subject to consent under most cookie regimes.
Inside the signed-in app we store three interface preferences in your browser's local storage: which brand you last had open, which page you were on, and whether the navigation rail is collapsed. These never leave your device, are not cookies, and are cleared when you clear your browser data.
When you click Connect and are sent to Facebook to authorise Brand OS, Facebook sets its own cookies on its own domain, under its own policies. We do not control them. See Meta's cookie policy for details.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block our session cookie you will not be able to sign in, because the service has no other way to recognise you between requests.
If we ever add a cookie category beyond the strictly necessary ones above, we will update this page and ask for your consent first. For anything else, see our Privacy Policy or email privacy@aifactory.fyi.
